ABC Blinds have been WA’s leading supplier of commercial and residential window coverings for over four decades.

Family owned and operated, they’ve grown to employ over 165 staff and contractors.

As an established brand in the WA market, ABC Blinds wanted to stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends to capture new audiences, whilst remaining relevant to their existing customer base.

The Challenge

In the highly competitive window furnishing space, it’s difficult to stand out and remain top of mind.

ABC Blinds wanted to improve their measure & quote enquiries from both organic and paid sources.

Loudmouse was tasked with:

  • Increasing website traffic from organic sources and raising brand awareness of ABC.
  • Generating more traffic from paid sources, as well as converting that traffic into tangible leads.

Our Approach

Our social media strategy introduced a Facebook lead generation campaign to capture new users who have shown an interest in purchasing window furnishings. By by allowing users to enter their details directly into a Facebook form, we reduced friction, minimised form abandonment and streamlined their journey along the conversion pathway. We also implemented changes to ABC's Google Ads campaigns.

To ensure leads are contacted as soon as possible, an email automation system was created to notify the client as soon as a lead was generated, helping to convert as many leads to sales as possible.

To improve organic traffic, we created a content marketing strategy which included:

  • Identifying key pillar pages and creating topic clusters to map out evergreen content that appeals to the target audience.
  • Creating an annual blog content calendar based on the topic clusters identified.
  • Performing both a keyword analysis and search engine optimisation for each of the blog articles.
  • Amplifying the blog articles through social media to increase website traffic and present the brand as a thought leader within the industry.
